Working as a UX designer on part of a core UX team, I collaborated with various stakeholders including product, development, and account teams on a responsive redesign of Humana.com. The content for the site is very data-heavy, so I focused on creating and leveraging patterns that accommodate a wide variety of content and data types and allow users to quickly access information. Combining that with a good amount of white space and brand elements resulted in layouts that are very clean and highly interactive but still feel friendly and don't overwhelm the user.

Mobile tables
Given the nature of Humana's content, figuring out a way to reconfigure the different kinds of data tables, charts, and tabbed content for the different screen sizes, mainly mobile, was a priority. People still pinched and zoomed in those days and there were no conventions for mobile tables, so I brainstormed different ways of doing this and created conventions that worked perfectly for various types of data across the site.
